Baby Girl anniversary passed, and everytime her name comes up with my friends. I always say two things, Dame hasn't been shit since and the Ashanti's, T.Error Marie's and (even though shes my girl) Amerie's would not be around if Aaliyah was still alive REAL TALK!!! Hell I don't even think Ms. Beyonce would be as popular....Yea I said it WHAT!!

Sooo true about Aaliyah and those other girls. That has even been sade in magazine.
I love Beyonce, but I agree. Aaliyah would be shuting it down. People would be like " Ciara, Amerie, Beyonce.... who are they"?
Sorry, but Beyonce and Aaliyah are on two different things. Aaliyah had a whole other game. Beyonce would stil be doing Beyonce and Aaliyah would have been big as well. They probably would be girlfriends goign shopping and sh#@. Jay and Dame would both be running Def Jam right about now.
You hit the nail on the head with the comment about Aaliyah. Beyonce does have a different vibe, but there's only room for one. Beyonce's drive is what puts her ahead of the game right now. Aaliyah had natural talent that attracted everybody. Not to mention, Aaliyah did it with class. Beyonce is a ho with it in my opinion. She dresses stank and acts stank. Look up a video clip of her in concert and I'm sure she'll be naked.
